We offer a simple, straightforward fee structure. There are no contract signing fees, placement fees, or monthly minimums. You don't need to worry about property turnover fees, marked-up maintenance fees, or attorney retainer fees. Management fees do not apply when the property is vacant. We get paid when you get paid. We treat late fees as rental income and pass that income along to our property owners.
